Arrival in Luang Prabang

Upon arrival at Luang Prabang International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your local guide and transferred to your centrally located hotel.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Luang Prabang is one of Southeast Asia’s best-preserved historic towns. Set at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Khan Rivers, it is renowned for its Buddhist temples, French colonial architecture, and peaceful atmosphere.

After time to relax, begin your discovery with a visit to the Royal Palace Museum, once home to the Lao royal family and now housing an impressive collection of royal artefacts and historical treasures.

Continue to Wat Mai, one of Luang Prabang’s most elegant temples, before climbing Mount Phousi for panoramic sunset views over the old town, the Mekong River, and the surrounding mountains.
